A Citizens' Charter represents the commitment of the Department towards time frame of service delivery, grievance redress mechanism, transparency and accountability. Revenue Department in its efforts to provide more responsive and citizen-friendly governance coordinates the efforts to formulate and operationalize Citizens' Charters.
